Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas

Your closet is full of second chances.

…and somebody out there is waiting for one.

The shirt you haven't worn in a year still has work to do. Drop it in a green Renew bin and it becomes warmth for a neighbor, funding for a school, and one less pound in a landfill. That's the whole idea — and it works because people like you make it work.

Why we exist

Most of what we throw away isn't trash. It's just finished with its first life. Renew exists to start the second one.

One green bin. One neighborhood. One second chance at a time — that's how a movement starts.

This only works as a "we." That's not a slogan — it's the whole idea.
How it works

The Second Life
of a T-Shirt.

Follow one donation from the back of your closet to the start of something better.

01

The DropTakes about nine seconds.

You bag up what you've outgrown — clothes, shoes, linens, that jacket you swore you'd wear — and drop it in any green Renew bin on your way to wherever you were already going.

02

The SortWhere every item gets a verdict: reuse first.

We collect on a set schedule and sort every pound by hand and by grade. Wearable items are routed to be worn again. Worn-out textiles head to recycling — into insulation, padding, and new material. Usable things don't get wasted on our watch.

03

The ReturnBack into the community. Never into the ground.

Everything you give stays in motion. What can be worn goes back into the community, to people who can use it. What can't is responsibly recycled into new material. Nothing ends up in a landfill — that's the promise, and it's the point.

04

The RenewalSomeone, somewhere, puts it on.

Your shirt gets a second morning. A landfill gets a little smaller. A community gets a little stronger. And you did all of that without changing your route home.

Scanned a bin's QR code? Welcome — this is what you just did.

Their Future. Our Planet.

gallons of water go into making one new cotton shirt — reusing yours skips every drop
2nd
life for every wearable item we collect — worn again, repurposed, or responsibly recycled

We sort for reuse first, always — because the greenest thing a shirt can do is get worn again. Whatever can't be worn is recycled into new materials wherever possible. Nothing usable goes to waste.

Thank you for giving clothing a second life. We mean it.

We Also Pick Up.

Some second chances are too big for a drop slot. Schedule a pickup and we'll come collect — or turn your whole street into a movement with a monthly cleanout.

Schedule a Pickup

Bag it, book it, done.

Cleaning out a closet, a garage, or a whole house? Pick a day, leave it out, and we'll handle the rest. Every bag goes the same place bin donations go: back into the community, never into a landfill.

Monthly Neighborhood Cleanouts

One street. One Saturday. A lot of good.

HOAs and neighbors: set a standing date and we'll make it an event — we promote it, your community sets bags out, we collect it all in one sweep. The easiest tradition your neighborhood will ever start.

Every Neighborhood Is Different.
So Is Every Bin.

We don't drop a bin and drive away. Every placement is designed around the place it serves — the wrap on the box, the schedule we keep, and where the benefit flows. Tell us who you are, and we'll show you what your bin could do.

The Fundraiser That Never Asks Twice

Your mascot on the bin. Your programs in the proceeds.

No wrapping paper to sell. No car washes to staff. We wrap the bin in your school's colors and logo, and a share of every pound collected flows straight back to your campus — quietly, all year long, while families simply clean out their closets.

  • Custom bin wrap featuring your school's logo, colors, and mascot — a point of pride, not clutter
  • A share of proceeds returned to your school: boosters, PTA, athletics, fine arts — you decide
  • Quarterly impact reports worth sharing at board meetings and in family newsletters
  • Ready-made flyers and social posts for spirit weeks and donation drives
  • A living sustainability lesson parked right where students walk past it every day

The honest pitch

Schools tell us the best part isn't the check — it's that it never becomes anyone's job. We deliver, service, and maintain the bin on a set schedule. Your community donates. Your programs benefit. That's the entire lift.

An Amenity Your Board Will Actually Brag About

Beautifully kept. Fully insured. Zero cost to the association.

We know exactly what an HOA board worries about, because we've sat across the table from plenty of them: How will it look? Who maintains it? What happens when it's full? Here's our answer — professionally wrapped, weather-sealed bins on a written servicing schedule, with placement and finish your board approves before anything arrives.

  • Premium wrapped bins that complement the community — your board signs off on look and location
  • A guaranteed servicing schedule with overflow response. No pileups. Ever. We put it in writing.
  • Fully insured placement under a simple agreement your board can review in one sitting
  • A five-minute good deed for residents — no more trunk-loads driven across town
  • Optional monthly cleanout day: a standing date where the whole neighborhood sets bags out and we sweep them up in one pass
  • Impact updates sized perfectly for the newsletter and the annual meeting

The honest pitch

Your residents already want to donate — they just want it to be easy and they want it to look right. Give them both, and the association gets a sustainability story it didn't have to budget for.

Bring It to Your Board

One Parking Space. A Whole Story.

Purpose you can point to, right at your front door.

Sustainability slides in a deck are easy to ignore. A clean green bin your customers actually use is not. Donors become visitors, visitors become regulars, and your business becomes the place that made doing good convenient.

  • Repeat foot traffic — people who come to give tend to stay to shop
  • A visible, verifiable community commitment — no program for your team to manage
  • Professional bins, scheduled servicing, and full insurance coverage on our side of the ledger
  • Co-marketing built in: donation drives, in-store tie-ins, social features
  • One parking space in, year-round goodwill out

The honest pitch

This is the lowest-effort community program your business can run: we place it, wrap it, service it, and insure it. You lend the space — and get to be the reason it happened.

Claim Your Corner

Generosity, Open 24 Hours

Your congregation already believes in this. We just make it effortless.

Caring for neighbors and stewarding what we're given — that's already the heart of your community. A Renew bin turns that belief into something anyone can act on, any day of the week, long after the clothing-drive tables are folded up.

  • An always-open way for members to give — no sign-ups, no Saturdays sacrificed
  • Optional proceeds-sharing to fund your ministries, missions, or benevolence work
  • The perfect anchor for seasonal drives — we handle every ounce of the logistics
  • Serves the whole neighborhood, not only your congregation — exactly as you'd want it
  • We manage pickup and upkeep, so your staff and volunteers never inherit a chore

The honest pitch

Clothing drives are wonderful and exhausting. A bin on your campus is the drive that never ends and never asks for volunteers — generosity with the friction removed.

Let's Talk Mission

The Amenity That Cleans Up After Itself

Less in your compactor. More on your amenities list.

Every move-out season, perfectly good clothes end up in your dumpsters — and you pay to haul them away. A Renew bin intercepts that waste stream, turns it into a resident perk, and leaves your trash areas cleaner than it found them.

  • Measurably less bulk waste and dumpster overflow, especially at move-out
  • A real green amenity for the listing — sustainability-minded renters notice
  • Compact footprint, professional look, serviced on a written schedule
  • Fully insured, with a simple agreement for ownership or management
  • Resident-facing signage and move-out flyers, provided by us

The honest pitch

Fewer haul-away fees, happier residents, and a line for the marketing site — in exchange for one corner of your property. Your maintenance team will never think about it. That's the point.
